Site Supervisor

Job Title: Site SupervisorLocation: SwindonDuration: 4+ weeksPay Rate: £30 per hour (CIS) + £50 accommodation payment (30+ miles)We are currently recruiting for a Site Supervisor for a Cement Works Project on a Distribution Centre for 4 weeks based in Swindon.Project Details Start Date: 16 June 2026 Duration: 4 weeks* Hours: 50+ hours per weekQualifications & Certifications NVQ Level 3 (or equivalent) SMSTS (Site Management Safety Training Scheme) - essentialExperience & Requirements Must be willing to be hands on. Ideally have Cement Site or Dry Motor experience. Strong, proven experience working within cement works environments. Supervisory or management experience on industrial or construction sites. Good understanding of site health & safety and operational practices. Ability to lead teams and manage site activities effectively.Additional Notes Candidates must be capable of overseeing operations within a heavy industrial setting. Immediate availability preferred due to project start date.
