Senior Sales and Loyalty Value Manager - Salford

Why is this role key to our business?You will be responsible for ensuring the consumer team have the right channel execution strategy in place to deliver long-term profitable growth across new sales, upgrades and loyalty activities. The role is accountable for bringing the finance, commercial product and propositions team, trading, channels and marketing teams together to develop strategies to drive volume at the most efficient SAC and then optimising their value throughout their life with TalkTalk in order to generate positive CLV’s. This role will also look at opportunities to make Sales & Loyalty drive more efficient to reduce their CTS or improve contribution.How will I add value in this role? * Owns the channel profitability modelling across new sales, inlife and loyalty and ensures channels are delivering inline with ROI targets sets. * Advises trading, channels and marketing on how funds can be best deployed to hit value targets working closely with MSix (Media Planning) to ens
